Attorney Rebecca RogersAttorney Rebecca Rogers is a member of the slnlaw business and labor and employment practice. She has helped clients with discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour violations, and business disputes. She also serves as our appellate specialist and has helped draft numerous appeals for slnlaw clients.
Rebecca Rogers Background and ExperienceBefore joining slnlaw, Rebecca worked as an intellectual property litigation attorney for Fish & Richardson in Boston, Massachusetts, and clerked for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Rebecca has handled wage and hour and employment discrimination lawsuits, as well as business disputes at the trial and appellate level.
Rebecca Rogers Educational BackgroundBefore becoming an attorney Rebecca studied math, graduating with a degree in math from Smith College, magna cum laude and phi beta kappa. Rebecca received her law degree (J.D.) from Boston College Law School in 2006.

Representative Cases
Matters Rebecca has handled at slnlaw include the following:
- Employment discrimination and wage and hour cases. Rebecca has helped clients with age discrimination, disability discrimination, and other discrimination claims as well as wage and hour violations.
- Business disputes. Rebecca has served as litigation and appellate counsel in a variety of disputes between businesses, including contract and shareholder disputes.
- Appeals: Rebecca has been the primary author of several complex appellate briefs for slnlaw clients in the areas of product liability, employment, and business litigation.
Rebecca's Other Interests and Activities
Before becoming an attorney Rebecca worked as a high school math teacher. In her spare time Rebecca is an avid square dancer. She dances most weeks with Tech Squares, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ("MIT") square dance club. Rebecca also spends one weekend each January participating in the MIT Mystery Hunt, an annual puzzle-hunting extravaganza. She co-founded a Mystery Hunt team in 2001 and has been participating ever since.
