Business Law Solutions

Sometimes a business owner is faced with a legal crisis, like being named in a civil lawsuit.  We can help you assess your risk, develop a litigation strategy, and advocate for you in court.

More often we see business owners who need help with things that never go to court.  These include making sure you have the right contracts in place, setting up a proper legal entity for your business, drafting agreements with business partners, protecting your brand through trademark, and more.

Whether you are facing an immediate lawsuit, looking to put some basic things in order, or struggling to even know what questions to ask, we are here to help.  You can read more about our business law solutions, or simply give us a call to set up a free consultation.

Estate Planning Solutions

Everyone has an estate, however big or small.  But many people do not have a plan for their estate, or have not updated their estate plan for many years.  Our estate planning solutions include assessment of your family situation and goals and crafting a plan that helps you achieve those goals.

Our estate planning team understands that the planning process is about your individual and family goals and wishes.  We will work with you to make sure you have what you need, no less and no more.  Sometimes this involves starting small.  You may eventually want a comprehensive plan with trusts and other documents, but not be financially ready for it.  In that case you can take care of the most pressing needs with a simple will and related documents so that at least you have something in place.
