Prior to joining slnlaw, Elijah worked for a boutique employment law firm outside of Boston, and then for the Labor and Employment department of a large Boston firm. He also spent a year clerking for the judges of the Superior Court in Hartford, Connecticut.

Matters Elijah has handled at slnlaw include the following:
- Employment discrimination. Elijah has handled matters before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination involving race discrimination, disability discrimination, national origin discrimination and military service discrimination.
- Wage and hour cases. Elijah has helped clients with claims for unpaid wages and misclassification as independent contractors.
- Other employment law matters: Elijah as worked with clients on claims for retaliation under the health care whistleblower laws as well as review of employment contracts and non compete agreements.
Elijah's Other Interests and Activities
Elijah enjoys picking up new hobbies. He currently enjoys skiing, reading, running, playing complicated board games, hiking as well as music (he plays several instruments). He appreciates the challenge of a new instrument, a new books series, or a new mountain. He is also an avid soccer fan.
