Based on the information collected and discussed in the assessment phase, your attorney will draft a demand letter and provide it to you for your review and comment.
In most cases, this takes a week or two. If you have a sooner deadline, like a pending severance offer, we will either accommodate that deadline or work with the other side to extend it. Sometimes, if the facts or the law are complex, or if there are other factors in the attorney's schedule that require additional time, it may take a little longer. The specific timing in your situation should be discussed between you and your attorney as you move into this phase.
