Employment Case Assessment: Phase Four
Phase Four
At this point, you have your first attorney meeting scheduled. You can expect that they have been through your intake notes and any other documents you have provided, but they still may have follow up questions to clarify certain facts or events.
You also may realize there is something you forgot to tell us in the intake process- no worries at all. You can share any additional information, thoughts, or questions you have at this first meeting.
After this first meeting, your attorney will take everything they have learned in this meeting, including any discussion about your goals and concerns, and complete their analysis. They may give you some things to think about between meetings, or some preliminary feedback, but we typically don't finalize the assessment until they have had a chance to fully process the information.
