If I Win My Unemployment Appeal, What Am I Owed?
Calculating Your Back Unemployment BenefitsIf you win your appeal, either at the hearing or at the Board of Review,you are entitled to receive weekly benefits going forward if you have not exhausted the number of weeks allowed, and a lump sum payment for all weeks you were not paid from your first application.
If you have not continued to certify your job search during the process, you may lose some weeks of benefits. This is why it is important to keep up with your DUA/PUA online account even while an appeal is pending.
