We get it.
You don't want to need a lawyer.

But sometimes it happens. Maybe you have a business dispute, an employment relationship that ended badly, or an employer who won't pay you what you have earned, or a job that you lost in a way that feels unfair and maybe unlawful. Maybe you have an elderly relative who suddenly can't manage their affairs anymore. Maybe you have just realized you need to create or update an estate plan, or create the documentation you need for your business. Maybe you are feeling guilty or worried about putting these things off.  We understand.

We've got this.
We've seen most of this before, and can get you to your solution.

Slnlaw in Western MA

In late 2019, we opened a second office in Chester, Massachusetts.  Our founder, Emily Smith-Lee, has lifelong ties to the hilltowns, and had noticed over the years the lack of any legal services, let alone high quality legal services, in this part of the state.

We opened our physical location in Chester in October, 2019.  Since the pandemic began, we have been serving Western Massachusetts clients both at the physical location and remotely.  Our entire team is available to help, whether your question comes in through the hilltown office or through our main office.  Since opening in Chester, we have helped hundreds of people in Western Massachusetts with their estate planning, employment law and business law needs.

Read a message from our founder about why we came to the Hilltowns.

Not sure if we can help?  Give us a call anyway- we may be able to refer you to one of the trusted professionals in our network.
