The regular minimum wage will go up one more time in 2023, to $15.00 per hour. The tipped minimum wage will also increase, to $6.75 per hour.
These increases are part of a five year plan that was passed in 2018 to gradually bring the minimum wage to $15.00. The hourly rate has gone up a little each year, with 2023 as the final year.
