Attorney Andrew Silvia

Attorney Andrew Silvia is a member of the slnlaw business and labor and employment practice. He helps clients with discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour violations, and unemployment appeals.

Andrew Silvia Background and Experience

Andrew has been practicing law in Massachusetts since 2007, representing individuals with injury claims as well as employees involved in workplace accidents or injuries.  During law school, Andrew clerked for a Superior Court judge as well as for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Securities Division.  He was named a Rising Star by Massachusetts Super Lawyers for four years in a row.

Andrew joined slnlaw in June 2022 to expand his practice to include employment law matters.  His depth of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters easily translates into our practice working with employees who have faced harassment, wrongful termination, unlawful detention of wages, or other legal issues in the workplace.

Andrew Silvia Educational Background

Before becoming an attorney Andrew graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with High Distinction.  He was also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the National Honor Society.  He received his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 2007

Andrew Silvia Other Interests and Activities

In Andrew’s spare time, he enjoys sports and athletics. He enjoys watching and coaching his daughters, rooting for his favorite teams, and has set a goal for this year of competing in a triathlon.
