Attorney Stowell ("Stowe") Simonton

Attorney Stowe Simonton is a member of the slnlaw business and labor and employment practice. He helps clients with discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour violations, and unemployment appeals.

Stowe Simonton Background and Experience

Stowe is a 2021 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, who joined slnlaw in January, 2022.  While in law school, Stowe worked for the Burger Law Group and Rodman Employment Law, and clerked for a judge at the Salem District Court.  He was also a Trustee Merit Scholar, an editor for the Journal of High Technology Law at Suffolk, and also participated as a teaching fellow for the Marshal-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, teaching constitutional law to juniors and seniors at Fenway High School. 

At slnlaw, Stowe handles employment law and business matters for individuals and small businesses, including matters involving employment discrimination, non compete agreements, wage and hour disputes and disputes over employee classification as independent contractors, and unemployment appeals.

Stowe Simonton Educational Background

Before becoming an attorney Stowe graduated from Union College with a Bachelor of Arts in 2017, where he was on the Dean's List each year and served as editor-in-chief of the college political newspaper. He received his law degree (J.D.) from Suffolk University Law School in 2021.
