Our Team
Who We Are:
Smith Lee Nebenzahl was formed in August, 2011, combining the law practices of Andrew Nebenzahl and Emily Smith-Lee. Attorney Nebenzahl has more than thirty years' experience in personal injury, product liability and medical malpractice litigation; Attorney Smith-Lee was a partner in a large international law firm before starting her own practice, and focuses on business, consumer and employment litigation and counseling.
Our offices are located in Sharon, Massachusetts. Not downtown Boston. Our main investment is not in high-rent office space in the city, or panoramic views from our conference rooms, but in the people we rely on to serve our clients. Our lawyers have undergraduate or law degrees top universities, and experience ranging from solo or small firm practice to practice at large law firms. Our paralegals have many years of experience in firms of all sizes supporting litigation and estate planning matters. We take time every day to put all of these people in the same room to talk about the work we are doing for clients, so we can be sure to leverage our collective knowledge and experience for each client's benefit.
So, when you come to meet with us, you will not have a view of the Boston Harbor. You will probably be looking instead at the Sharon Public Library. But you will be meeting with one or more members of a top-flight legal team who are proud to put your interests first.
