Attorney Beth Nussbaum specializes in appeals, divorce and family law, child custody, and labor and employment litigation. Prior to joining Smith Lee Nebenzahl, Attorney Nussbaum served as a mentor member of the Massachusetts Children and Family Law Appeals Panel and a member of the Children and Family Law Trial Panel, handling appeals of state intervention in child custody in the Massachusetts appeals courts. Attorney Nussbaum continues to handle CAFL child custody in addition to her private practice in divorce and family law, child custody, labor and employment litigation, and civil appeals. Attorney Nussbaum is a graduate of the Juilliard School and Boston College Law School (1996).
Attorney Nussbaum's completed and current cases include employment discrimination case against private employers and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, divorce and family law matters involving contested property division, child custody, and enforceability of prenuptial agreements.
