Attorney Nebenzahl has more than thirty years experience in personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice and product liability. Attorney Nebenzahl’s product liability practice includes successful prosecution of personal injury law claims in and out of Massachusetts arising from tire explosions, defective brakes, defective industrial equipment and lead paint. His medical malpractice cases include failure to diagnose, negligent treatment, and failure to obtain informed consent. Attorney Nebenzahl has obtained substantial judgments and settlements inmedical malpractice and personal injury law cases.
Attorney Nebenzahl’s estate planning practice includes helping families with estate planning and preparing wills, trusts, health care proxies and other important estate planning documents.
Attorney Nebenzahl graduated from New England School of Law in 1982. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in the Federal Courts of Massachusetts.
Attorney Nebenzahl serves on the Board of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, is current Co-President of the Boston Inn of Court, and has lectured for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). He is also a former member and Chair of the Sharon School Committee and a member of the Rotary Club of Sharon.
