Sana Abdullah specializes in civil litigation, including labor and employment law, business disputes, and consumer protection. Attorney Abdullah’s labor and employment practice includes employment discrimination, wage and hour violations, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. Attorney Abdullah’s civil litigation practice includes business to business disputes and contract litigation.
Attorney Abdullah began her career at McDermott Will & Emery, where her civil litigation practice included complex business litigation, health care litigation, arbitration, and government investigations.
Attorney Abdullah has extensive pro bono experience, including representing a class of foster children in an effort reform a state-run foster care system, and domestic violence victims in family law matters. Sana has also worked as a volunteer attorney for the Victim Rights Law Center and for Health Law Advocates.
Attorney Abdullah earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with honors and distinction. While in law school, Sana served as a Congressional Judicial Fellow and clerked at the North Carolina Department of Justice. She also studied international law at the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London.
