You Are All Set For Your Onboarding Meeting!
Welcome to Slnlaw
We are thrilled to welcome you to slnlaw and sincerely appreciate the trust you've placed in us to handle your legal matter. Our team is eager to assist you every step of the way, and we are looking forward to our upcoming onboarding meeting.
Your Scheduled Onboarding Call
Your onboarding call has been scheduled with one of our experienced case managers. You should be receiving a separate email confirming the time, date, and a zoom link or call details. During this call, our primary goals are to ensure we have all the relevant information and documents needed to kickstart your case seamlessly. We also aim to provide a clear understanding of the process ahead and address any questions or concerns you may have about what comes next.
What to Expect
Documents and Preparation
If you have any documents relevant to your case that you haven't shared during the initial consultation, don't worry. Your case manager will guide you through the process of uploading them to our secure files during the onboarding call, provided you have them available electronically. If electronic submission isn't feasible, your case manager will provide alternative methods to submit the necessary documents.
Throughout the course of your legal matter, your assigned case manager will be a valuable resource. They will work closely with you and your attorney, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any additional needs that may arise.
Once again, thank you for choosing slnlaw. We are genuinely excited to embark on this legal journey with you and are committed to delivering the highest level of service.
If you have any immediate questions or concerns before the onboarding call, feel free to reach out to us at (781) 784-2322 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to the opportunity of working together!
