Shearer, Lanctot & Noelke LLP represents clients in litigation concerning each of the firm's practice areas. We represent individuals and businesses in commercial and business litigation and arbitration. Our representation includes individuals and businesses in securities law investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commissions and the California Corporations Commissioner and in arbitrations regarding investments before the National Association for Securities Dealers and in other forums. We have represented individuals and entities in disputes concerning ownership interests in and other matters relating to corporations and partnerships. We have been involved in quiet title, escrow and title insurance and other matters involved in real property disputes and litigation. In our probate and estate planning practice, we have represented parties in will contests, disputes relating to the appointment of personal representatives, accountings and other matters concerning probate, trusts and conservatorship laws. We practice before state and federal courts at the trial court and appellate levels as well as in arbitration.
