Lawrence R. Lanctot, Esq.
Over twenty-eight years in the practice of law, with experience across a broad range of various business and commercial transactions, representing start up companies to national and international corporations. Experienced in real estate transactions, estate planning, probate and business litigation.

Robert E. Lanctot, Esq.
Over fifty years in the practice of law in San Francisco with heavy emphasis on wills, trusts, estate planning and probate; also wide exposure to corporate and finance problems.
