Without consent from any authorized person, a disaster recovery company came in to clean the scene and later demanded payment of an extremely high fee. Attorney Thaler represented the business owner in responding to the collections lawsuit and ultimately getting it dismissed.
Jack has also helped other small business owners send and respond to cease and desist letters regarding contract violations and unfair competition claims.
