Jacqueline Modiste focuses her practice on criminal defense, real estate transactions, and family law. She is a 1998 graduate of the Suffolk University Law School, and worked for seven years as an Assistant District Attorney for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office. Attorney Modiste started her own practice in 2006, and joined Smith Lee Nebenzahl in 2012.
Attorney Modiste also serves as a member of the Sharon Finance Committee.
