Prior to joining SLN, our attorneys have handled appeals in the Massachusetts appellate courts, the First Circuit, and state appellate courts in Ohio, Missouri, and New Hampshire. We are currently serving as an integral part of the legal team in an appeal to the New Hampshire Supreme Court on behalf of a non-profit foundation seeking to repurchase a community hospital from HCA, a for-profit health care company.

Massachusetts): litigation involving breach of contract, use of
confidential information, and trade secret misappropriation.
Monsanto v. Garst, 241 S.W. 3d 401 (Mo. App.
2007)(Missouri): reversal of trial court decision in litigation over
contract between two major seed producers.
Foundation for Seacoast Health v. HCA New Hampshire, et al, 157 N.H. 487 (2008) (New Hampshire Supreme Court): contract litigation involving enforcement of a right of first refusal.
Adoption of Rory, 80 Mass. App. Ct.. 454 (2011) (Massachusetts Appeals Court): reversal of trial court decision terminating parental rights, established novel precedent that Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 60(b)(4) is applicable to safeguard due process rights of litigants facing potential termination of parental rights.
