Andrew Nebenzahl has thirty years of experience representing individuals in complex personal injury litigation arising from medical malpractice, defective products, and negligence.  Andy was one of the few lawyers in the 1990's who successfully prosecuted tire explosion cases, and continues to represent individuals injured by tire explosions caused by defective products. 

Andy also advises clients outside of litigation, helping families create comprehensive estate plans, representing purchasers, sellers, lenders and developers in real estate transactions, and helping businesses launch successfully by identifying the corporate form most appropriate to their needs.

Andy graduated from New England School of Law in 1982, and received his undergraduate degree from Boston University.  He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in the Federal Courts of Massachusetts.  He serves on the Board of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, is a member of the Boston Inn of Court, and has lectured for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.
